Made from 100% recycled auto and truck tires ground to pieces sized between 3/8" to 3/4", Redwood Rubber Mulch is 99.99% metal-free thanks to high-powered magnets and extremely sensitive metal detectors. Our unmatched polyurethane coating chemically bonds with the rubber to provide years and years of lasting color and beauty that won't bleed onto skin or clothes, even in the rain.
Red Rubber Mulch meets and exceeds IPEMA and ASTM standards, including ASTM F1951-99 for wheelchair accessibility and ASTM F1292-09 for fall height protection. A 6" depth has tested for a fall height of up to 16 feet.
